The website (www.bookmymitra.com) under the name and style ‘Bookmymitra and the mobile applications (the “Platform”) is owned, operated and made available by Swasth Food Products, Industrial Layout, Hatalgeri, Gadag - 582101 (hereinafter, referred to as “ Bookmymitra or “Company” which term shall include its assignees and/or successors-in-interest).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of Bookmymitra with respect to the usage of the Platform and the services offered through the Platform. This Privacy Policy specifies the manner in which personal information and other information is collected, received, stored, processed, disclosed, transferred, dealt with or otherwise handled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through the Platform, and any third-party sites that You access or use in connection with the Services offered on the Platform.
This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder including the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) SPDI Rules, 2011, that require publishing of the privacy policy on an online portal. This Privacy Policy shall apply to the Users, Experts (as defined in the Terms of Use). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the Users shall hereinafter be referred to as “you”, “your” or “yourself”. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the words “us”, “we”, and “our” refer to Bookmymitra and each of our assignees and our successors-in-interest and all references to “you”, “your” or “User”, as applicable means the person who accesses, and/or uses the Platform in any manner or capacity.
By using our Services or the Platform or by otherwise giving us your information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. You also expressly consent to our collection, use, processing and disclosure of your Personal Information (defined below) in the manner prescribed under this Privacy Policy and further signify your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. 14. For the purpose of sending administrative notices and Service-related alerts and similar communication, with a view to optimizing the efficiency of the Platform;

16. Allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests;
17. To detect, prevent and protect us from any errors, fraud and other criminal or prohibited activity on the Platform;
18. To make aware the User who have availed Services from Experts and display such necessary information about the Experts to the Users who will be delivering Services to them;
19. Administer a contest, promotion, survey or other Platform features; and
20. Doing market research, project planning, troubleshooting and protection against error, fraud and other criminal activity.
3. SALE OF ASSETS MERGER, ACQUISITION, BANKRUPTCY
1. Personal Information collected from you may be transferred to a third party as a result of a sale or acquisition, merger, asset sale, bankruptcy involving Bookmymitra. Bookmymitra may disclose your Personal Information and/or Non-personal Information to such third parties to whom it transfers its rights and duties under any agreement entered into with such third parties.
2. Users will be informed of any major changes to the privacy policy resulting from the aforesaid transfer, and any such transfer will be carried out in compliance with relevant data protection legislation.

We neither have access to, nor do the Privacy Policy or Terms of Use govern the use of Cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed by third party service providers, including Bookmymitra’s partners and affiliates, on the Platform. These parties may permit the User to opt out of tailored advertisement at any time, however, to the extent advertising technology is integrated into the Services, the User may still receive advertisements and related updates even if they choose to opt-out of tailored advertising. We assume no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the User’s receipt or use of such tailored advertisements.
5. OPT OUT PROCEDURES
You may decline to submit any Personal Information and/or Non-personal Information (if applicable) through the Platform, in which case certain features of the Platform may not be available to you. Upon initial communication from Bookmymitra, you may opt-out of receiving further communications from Bookmymitra. To be completely removed from the Bookmymitra mailing list, you may contact us at customer@ Bookmymitra.com. If you are using an e-mail forwarding service or other similar services, please make sure to include the correct e-mail address or addresses.

Bookmymitra will not be liable for transfer of any Personal Information and/or Non- personal Information resulting from loss or distribution of data, the delineation or corruption of media storage, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, act(s) of vandalism, sabotage, terrorism or any other event beyond Bookmymitra’s control.
5. Consulting: Bookmymitra may partner with other third parties to provide certain specific services as part of the Services, if required. When you opt for such services as part of the Services, Bookmymitra will share Personal Information and/or Non- personal Information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services as part of the Services. Bookmymitra’s contractual arrangements with such third parties restrict these parties from using Personal Information and/or Non- personal Information except for the explicit purpose of assisting in the provision of these services as part of the Services.

This Platform may contain links which may lead you to other websites/platforms/services. Please note that once you leave Bookmymitra’s Platform you will be subjected to the privacy policy of such third party Platforms and that Bookmymitra is not responsible for the same. Bookmymitra encourages you to read the privacy policies of each and every third party Platform that you visit through the Platform. If you decide to access any of the third party Platforms linked to the Platform, you do this entirely at your own risk. Bookmymitra will not be responsible for notification of any change of any information on the Platform with respect to such third party Platforms.
8. SPAM
Except as set forth in paragraph 6 and other terms of this Privacy Policy, Bookmymitra maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that Bookmymitra does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party without your consent.
9. USER TESTIMONIALS/COMMENTS/REVIEWS
From time to time, we may post User’s testimonials/comments/reviews with respect to the Services on the Platform which may contain Personal Information. We obtain User’s consent to post their names along with such User’s testimonials/comments/reviews under this Clause.
10. SECURITY OF INFORMATION
1. Bookmymitra has put in place necessary security practices and procedures to safeguard and secure your Personal Information and Non-personal Information. Snabbit only processes Personal Information and Non-personal Information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized by the User. The Platform allows Users to access to their Personal Information and Non-personal Information and allows them to correct, amend or delete inaccurate information.
2. Bookmymitra uses commercially reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information and Non-personal Information against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, reproduction, use or amendment.
3. The Personal Information and Non-personal Information that is collected from you may be transferred to any destination within and/or outside India, to the extent permitted per applicable law. By submitting Personal Information and Non-personal Information on the Platform, you agree to this transfer. Bookmymitra will take such steps as it considers reasonably necessary to ensure that your Personal Information and Non-personal Information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
4. In using the Platform, you accept the inherent security implications of data transmission over the internet. Therefore, the use of the Platform will be at your own risk and Bookmymitra assumes no liability for any disclosure of Personal Information and Non-personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control and you agree not to hold Bookmymitra responsible for any breach of security.
5. In the event Snabbit becomes aware of any breach of the security of your Personal Information and Non-personal Information it will promptly notify you and take appropriate action to the best of its ability to remedy such a breach.
6. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, Bookmymitra on best effort basis ensures the security of any information the User transmits to Bookmymitra and that the information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of Bookmymitra’s physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is the User’s responsibility to protect the security of your login information including passwords. Please note that e-mails and other communications the User send to us through our Platform are not encrypted, and we strongly advise the User not to communicate any confidential information through these means. Bookmymitra is not responsible and will not be liable for breach of the security of your Personal Information or Non- Personal Information transmitted over the internet. Once we have received your information, we will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.
7. We also hereby acknowledge that we are in compliance with the reasonable security processes and procedures standard as recommended by the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011.
11. EXCLUSION
1. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information other than information collected by Bookmymitra through the Platform including such Personal Information or Non- personal Information collected in accordance with the Clause on “Collection of Information” above. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any unsolicited information provided by you through the Platform or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted on any public areas of the Platform. All such unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and Bookmymitra will be free to use, disclose such unsolicited information without limitation.
2. Bookmymitra also protects your Personal Information off-line other than as specifically mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Access to your Personal Information is limited to personnel, employees, consultants, agents or partners of Bookmymitra and third parties, who Bookmymitra reasonably believes will need that Personal Information to enable Bookmymitra to provide access to the Platform and/or Services to you. However, Bookmymitra is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your own Personal Information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties.

Your Personal Information will be retained with Bookmymitra as needed to provide Services to you. If you have signed up for our marketing emails, we will retain your Personal Information so long as you have provided your consent to receive such communication. Bookmymitra shall not retain Personal Information longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and as permitted by applicable law. 13. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

If you withdraw your consent, Bookmymitra will stop processing the relevant Personal Information except to the extent that Bookmymitra has other grounds for processing such Personal Information under applicable laws.

Bookmymitra are open to audits of their Privacy works relating to the information/data collects which Bookmymitra’s under this Privacy Policy or in relation to the Services offered by the User by any approved auditing agencies or recognized audit firm.

20. CONSENT

Bookmymitra will continue to retain Personal Information provided by you until you specifically request Bookmymitra to destroy such Personal Information.
